Anderson Facility Services (AFS) is a family-run business based in Deeside, Aberdeenshire, proudly operated by brothers Harris and Marc Anderson. Officially founded in 2025, our roots in facility management go back years—spanning both corporate and domestic.

At AFS, the wellbeing of our team, clients, and community is at the heart of everything we do. We operate with strict adherence to industry best practices and health and safety standards, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
We prioritise the use of modern, low-risk cleaning systems such as water-fed poles to eliminate hazards. Our internal processes include thorough site assessments, regular equipment inspections, and robust risk management planning.
Our Commitment to the Environment
At AFS, we take our environmental responsibility seriously. We minimise waste through efficient practices, including our unique in-house composting scheme, and zero-chemical exterior cleaning.
Green waste collected from gutter cleans is composted and repurposed to reduce landfill and trap carbon in the soil. All compost is donated to local businesses and customers free of charge.
